Pressure control valves are used to control and regulate pressure in fluid power systems. They are often globe-shaped and designed with flanged ends to allow for ease of maintenance. A flow control valve regulates the flow or pressure of a fluid. Control valves normally respond to signals generated by independent devices such as flow meters or temperature gauges. Pneumatically-actuated globe valves are widely used for control purposes in many industries, although quarter-turn s such as (modified) ball and butterfly valves are also used. Control valves can also work with hydraulic actuators (also known as hydraulic pilots). These s of valves are also known as Automatic Control Valves. The hydraulic actuators will respond to changes of pressure or flow and will open/close the valve. Automatic Control Valves do not require an external power source, meaning that the fluid pressure is enough to open and close the valve. Automatic control valves include pressure reducing valves, flow control valves, back-pressure sustaining valves, altitude valves, and relief valves. An altitude valve controls the level of a tank. The altitude valve will remain open while the tank is not full and it will close when the tanks reaches its maximum level. The opening and closing of the valve requires no external power source (electric, pneumatic, or man power), it is done automatically, hence its name.

A pressure relief valve having a modular design that allows the release pressure of the valve to be altered during assembly is provided by the present invention. The valve includes a serrated valve tube that fits inside of a valve body. A spring retainer ring fits on an outside diameter of the serrated valve tube such that it is held in position by interacting with the serrations. The release pressure of the valve is altered by changing the position of the spring retainer ring on the serrations. In addition, a variety of different spring s and configurations can be utilized in conjunction with the spring retainer ring position to select one of a large number of different release pressures for the valve during assembly.

Model LCFH series 2-position 3-way hydraulic control valve is a bi-directional frequent open threaded valve with conical sealing.When no pressure in the control port, the valve core is in the open position and fluid can flow in both directions. When there is pressure in the control port, the pressure will fall when the fluid is passing. When there is enough pressure, A and B will shut off in both directions.

Model LCDY is a pilot relief check valve, when the fluid pass from P1 to P2, it is functioning as pilot-relief valve. In case of opposite, when one-way valve is opened, the fluid can flow without any block.

Model LCS is a screw shuttle valve with conical sealing.When the pressure of port A is higher than port B, the fluid of A will push the steel ball to port B, so as to stop the fluid to port B, then port A connected with port C. Model LCL is a compensation free, adjustable threaded cartridge throttle valve or throttle check valve.
